Body
Once the antennae had been dynamized and the leg IK had improved far enough, we reflected on how we could apply physical reactions to the body of Agent 8. This started with a desire to replicate the effects of gravity on the body of the spider so that it would hang further away from the ground when upside down. This meant modifying the transform of the primary body bone to supply translation and rotation offsets. Without any other systems in place, this would've resulted in the entire mesh being offset, legs included. With component space IK, this isn't an issue, as the legs reorient to where the body has been moved to.
