Comes in different set-ups including Rainy and Clear weather in Night mode

The building (Villa) is three-story tall that comes with a semi-enclosed terrace, Kitchen with high quality props Home Appliances, Bar, Living Room, Dining Room, Laundry Room, four Bedrooms and four Bathrooms. Additionally, it comes with two exterior Swimming Pools, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor Terrace.

The water in the pool has Materials assigned to it.

Elevator Blueprint has been assigned which enables the lift to move in between floors and can be called from in location to any floor

Vegetation and Terrain:

A Forest environment comes with the project with 4 types of trees with extra high resolution. These trees come in various sizes. 

The Landscape has Materials whereas the terrain has 4 distinctive types of Paint including Gravel, Puddle, Dirt and Soil

2 Types of Grass have been assigned which are fully optimized enabling you to use them easily with the minimum decline of FPS in addition to 3 other Grass objects. 

Has Niagara System for Rain effects.

Comes with three objects that have additional animation (Alembik) which takes place by pressing the “1” key on the keyboard.

All Texture was produced in Adobe Photoshop, Substance Painter and Substance Designer. 

Textures, Materials and Asset Packs can all be used by anyone and all CC0 rights have been given.
