The system includes advanced temperature and radiation controls that dynamically adjust the actor's temperature and radiation exposure based on the surrounding environment. In hot areas, the actor heats up, while in cold areas, they experience freezing conditions. Additionally, the actor's radiation exposure varies with the environment, leading to potential radiation sickness or other effects in highly irradiated zones, further enhancing the realism of survival gameplay. Fully adjustable settings allow you to customize every aspect of the system to suit your game's needs.
The system give you control over temperature and radiation through volumes, offering various parameters such as world, sunlight, world time, etc.... The volumes are fully customizable and can overlap different volumes to create diverse conditions in your world. Additionally, this asset includes a day and night system to showcase how you can use the component to simulate temperature and radiation changes for different times of day. (The day and night system is fully functional and easily improved).
The asset includes master area blueprints, facilitating the creation of child blueprints to design customized temperature and radiation areas. Additionally, it incorporates a solar temperature system that applies temperatures when the player is exposed to direct sunlight, the day & night and direct sunlight temperatures can be easily configured with the world volume.
