This bundle contains very optimized and procedurally generated environments. It is perfect for creating in just a few clicks, huge open world maps (hundreds of square Km) but can also be used for smaller environments. Most of the example levels are created with real-world heightmaps created from high resolution satellite data (Digital Elevation Models) and this is why the landscapes are in fact perfect copies of the real terrains, preserving the real world scale on all 3 axes.

Attention: This product is using World Partition to keep everything optimized. When you first open the demo maps, the landscape regions will not be loaded and this is why you can not see the landscape inside the editor. In order to see the landscape, you will have to go to the World Partition Tab and select all the regions after that right click on the selection and press Load Regions from Selection. You have to do this only once per project. This is how Unreal Engine works...

Technical Details

Features: All 4 procedural environments are created for speed, quality and performance and have:

  •  realistic and very smart auto-material which will adapt out of the box to any landscape you might have (the landscape can be created in Unreal, or can be imported as a heightmap). Every environment comes with a auto material with 8-10 layers and automatic slope variation
  • extreme optimization
  •  realistic foliage (grass, flowers, trees, bushes) and rocks - all Nanite
  •  9 example maps and 4 Overview maps
  • Full dynamic lighting setup (Lumen)
  • Many Foliage Types to procedurally populate your worlds with trees and rocks
  • 22 PNG, 16 BIT, Greyscale HEIGHTMAPS (4k resolution)
  • all the textures of the auto material are 4k
  • Possibility to adjust wind speed, intensity for trees and grass, foliage color and much more
  • The Material Instances have hundreds of parameters which can be adjusted and customized
