Introducing the Unreal x Snapdragon Developer Alliance
Today at Unreal Fest Shanghai, we welcomed Qualcomm to the stage to help us announce the Unreal x Snapdragon Developer Alliance.
This new program will help game developers achieve success with Unreal Engine 5 and unlock the full potential of Snapdragon technologies to build the next generation of mobile games. Our alliance activities will include talent development, education, training, marketing, and promotion—and giving developers access to Unreal Engine 5-ready Snapdragon devices for testing and development.
We have collaborated with Qualcomm on Unreal Engine mobile optimizations and features for over a decade, with Snapdragon platforms consistently serving as the first to support major engine updates. These joint efforts have empowered developers to harness the latest Unreal Engine features with optimal performance, enabling the creation of visually stunning and commercially successful mobile games.
Epic and Qualcomm are excited to work with game developers to bring Unreal Engine 5 and Snapdragon-powered experiences to millions of players in China, and we invite interested developers to join the Snapdragon WeChat channel and the Unreal Engine WeChat channel for updates.
