UE to GA4 Connection via Actor Component. Send Any Custom Events with Parameters. Actor Component designed for sending data to Google Analytics version 4.0. Location, event name, time until the event, and custom parameters are transmitted. You can set any name for the event, as well as any combination of custom parameters. They will be automatically converted to the appropriate format for Google Analytics.

No programming skills (C++/JS and so on) required. Works with blueprints. Was made for Blueprints.
