This set of materials and textures is built with a wide variety of platforms in mind. They can be used with or without tessellation, the height map, emissive, etc. The master materials and instances are all organized and easily adjusted.
All materials have a base color, metal/rough/ao, emissive/height and normal map textures.
The textures can be adjusted between 32 and 4096 max resolutions (currently set to 2048 for ease of use and mobile requirements), and the material instances have parameters for all textures, colors, emissive levels, roughness, normal strength, height distance, and tessellation amount.
The materials included in this pack are:

- 5 Tile floorings
- 14 Ceiling tiles and decor
- 4 Decorative surfaces
- 3 Faux wood surfaces
- 3 Wall paints
- 1 Brushed metal, 1 standard glass and 1 frosted glass
The demo room meshes are also included:
- 3 Cubicle wall pieces
- 4 Wall decor frames
- 1 Desk
- 1 Drawer roller
- 1 Conference table
- 1 Display counter
- 1 Display round shelf
- 1 Display large shelf with separate rack and hanger bar
- 1 Glass door and 1 glass wall

- Various modular wall, floor and ceiling pieces
Everything is Nanite ready, as well. Just enable it on any mesh you want, or all at once, with a single right-click.
(You cant use Nanite with transparent materials however, so if you enable it on any model using glass, they will show grey. Just swap out the transparent material if you want to use the model with Nanite. Tessellation will also go flat with Nanite)

Important/Additional Notes: To use these on mobile you will need to keep the textures max size at 2048 or less and use the materials in the "Mobile" folder.
Optimization tips: If you dont need/want the tessellation and height, just use the mobile materials. You can generally also reduce the emissive/height texture lower than the others without a noticeable quality loss.
