This project includes everything pictured with all assets, maps, and materials prepared for usage in the Unreal Engine. All assets were modelled within Maya and the textures have been created using Quixel Mixer or Substance for proper PBR calibration. All materials use master materials that have material functions for modular workflows with plug and play customization.
