Description


This is a collection of woodland items that have been photoscanned and converted into game assets.

This package includes: 9 logs, 8 tree stumps and 2 broken trees
Each asset has a 4096 normal and diffuse texture
Most of the objects have 3 LOD models
Polygon counts range from 100 – 2694 tris (not including LOD or collision models)

Note: Due to the nature of photoscanning, each asset will have some degree of baked in highlights or shadows. Feel free to email with any questions.

Technical Details


V1.1 changes:
• Green channels flipped on all normal maps
• Texture maps exported in targa format
• Fixed smoothing issue on 'treestump03' normal map
• Further reduced baked in highlights and shadows
• Fixed normal map seam issue on 'Log05d'
• Changed '_Diff' suffix on textures to '_Alb'
• Increased minimum shadow map resolution to fix lighting errors on two objects
• Moved assets to engine version 4.10
• Compress Without Alpha' option active on all maps
V1.2 changes:
• Increased edge bleed on all textures to help lessen mipmap seams when viewing assets from afar (note that some texture names have also been changed but this is updated in the materials which have the same naming)

Collision: Yes. All custom collision meshes with the exception of 5 objects

Important\Additional Notes: Some assets have some baked in highlights and shadows, refer to pictures. Textures are set to their maximum resolutions by default
