Want to be able to use Unreal Engine UMG together with the spectator view in your VR apps? You can now do so with our Spectator Control Window plugin!
We created the VR Spectator Control Window for one of our own projects to be able to have a configuration window available to an operator while someone else was using the VR experience.
The VR Spectator Control Window plugin allows you to use your created or new UMG widget in a separate window next to the default Unreal Engine Virtual Reality Spectator screen. This allows you to interact with a VR environment while someone is using your VR experience. This way you can set the VR Spectator screen to any mode you like and have the ability to control the experience.
