Sick of "Lightmap UV are overlapping"? Want to iterate faster? Your static meshes deserve to be seen in their best light. This plugin adds true lightmap creation to Unreal Editor, without firing up a separate 3D modeling program.
We use iso-chart based UV mapping to give a simple one-click experience.
Works great on imported FBX files from SketchUp or other modeling programs that do not support lightmaps. Best results on small meshes (<10k triangles). Large meshes (100k+ tris) may take a long time to unwrap and may produce suboptimal results.
