Four Materials Generator(Wear Metal , Arc Pavement , Concrete Wall, Stone Wall)
These materials vary in appearance by changing a few options.
There are four flexible materials: Arc pavement, Worn metal, Concrete Wall and Stone Wall.
You can adjust the random shape and the degree of each element. The color can also be changed.
Arc pavement : Pavement Color, Crack, Age, Env(Moss, Water, Ice, Snow), Level of Env, Random Seed
Worn metal : Scratch, Wear, Dirtiness, Wear Color, Random Seed
Concrete wall : Concrete Color, Crack, Age, Leak, Stone_Frequency, Random Seed
Stone Wall : Roundness, Mortar, Oldness, Stone Color, Mortar Color, Snow-Moss, Random Seed
You can create various textures with a few simple options.

This pack requires the Substance plugin.
If you want to get faster production times and better quality results, I recommend setting it as follows.
GPU render(for the substance plugin) in the Project settings > substance.
