You should import your character mesh and its skeleton. Then use Unreal Engine's retarget manager to retarget your own character's skeleton and UE4 Mannequin character's skeleton to the Humanoid rig and map all the bones accordingly. After that you can use the 'Retarget Anim Assets' tool to generate the animset for your own character with a different skeleton. To learn more, please refer to Animation Retargeting by Unreal Engine 4.
You can access the FBX files for the animations from /YourUnrealProject/Content/PunchesAndHooks/Source/FBX/. This path may not be visible on the Unreal Engine 4 editor.
