Description


The MathWorks® interface plug-in enables co-simulation between MathWorks products and the Unreal Engine. Users benefit from combining two world class software suites. MATLAB® and Simulink® are the preferred software tools for model-based design. Use MATLAB and Simulink to take your system from concept to code.


This plug-in has out-of-the-box vehicle examples to facilitate vehicle dynamics studies and automated driving development. The Unreal Engine provides a rich 3D development environment, including virtual sensor feedback.

  • Vehicle actors have a terrain sensor block available in Simulink® for ground feedback
  • Camera actors have a camera scene block in Simulink® for viewing scenes from the Unreal Engine
