This content contains 180 HQ game models that can be used to create an interesting interior; designed for both visualization and games.

The content includes more than 370 static meshes, 35 flexible and configurable Blueprints. This allows you to create many combinations of models. Also, there are several animated, flexible, and customizable models.

There is a fully functional and working synthesizer with a keyboard layout that can be found in the link above the description.

Created a handy tool for working with decals, which will quickly and easily change and customize their properties. This will enable you to create many options from a single texture.

4 high-quality master material with convenient functions and parameters. One of the main functions of the master material is the ability to switch the tiling method in one click, which is very convenient for archviz.

Completely modular content.

There are 25 quality tile materials. Spline element will allow to build in the scene elements such as pipes, wires, hoses, etc. Any length, thickness, and shape.

High optimization. Low poly models. Tests on computers of different configurations can be found in the technical description.

Qualitative and elaborated light maps for LODs and models.

The optimal distance of loading LODs for all models. Optimal Light Map resolution is set.

High quality collision for all models.
