Each model has 4k textures and some of the models have material instances where you can change the color of the texture or the emissive (or both)

Texture map are Diffuse, Light mask, Normal and some masks

The environments used ARE NOT INCLUDED in the pack but are downloadable for free via the free assets section of Unreal Engine Marketplace
