you can build a warehouse with 2 floors and fill it with the assets.
we made a lot of realistic simulated cloth with the variation of materials and shader control that you can add to your scene. here is the video of some of them :

for each cloth around 2-3K for LOD 0.
each clothes has 4 LODs. LOD 4 is around 500.
other stuff such as walls, stairs, box, etc... you can consider them as low poly assets.
