Unreal Engine 5 comes with a STOMP over Websocket implementation. This plugin exposes this functionality to blueprints, which can be useful for prototyping and testing networking before it is brought into code.



  • Adds a STOMP over Websocket client actor component (STOMP Web Socket Client), which can be configured with a URL then told to connect, subscribe, etc. 
  • Subscribing allows attaching of an event with an input of a Message object reference. The Message object provides the header, body, and other information through getter functions, as well as the ability to reply with an Ack or Nack response if necessary. 
  • Event-driven for asynchronous blueprint design.
