In this animation pack, we have imagined an original moveset of sword fighting in the style of a samurai. This animation pack is inspired by several video games, but also by classic swordsmanship movies. The entire motion capture was performed by Guillaume Fenot, a long-time sportsman. This package contains a total of 35 unique animations. All animations are captured in motion capture at 60 FPS and retouched manually. None of the animations is a modified recycling of a previous one, they all correspond to a different recording.

I should point out that only the animations are sold. In the pack, you will not find any scenery. Currently, all our animations use the standard Unreal Engine 4 nomenclature, with the Unreal Engine 4 skeleton, ensuring ease of use. In the documentation will show you how to make the animations still (no root mode). All animations are sequence type only. With some exceptions, the fingers of the hand will not be animated. Finally, some small adjustments may be necessary to make the animation fit your custom character perfectly.

List of animations :

-23 sword strikes (from 1 to 3 different strikes)

-1 kick with sword in hand

-6 original combos (3 moves and more)

-4 movement animations

-1 IDLE with guard

So we have a total of 35 animations, all in fbx format with Unreal Engine 4 skeleton.

We would like to improve and offer you the best animations possible, so we invite buyers to leave comments on this page, but also to follow us on social networks:
