Modern tech office building pack. You can build you own layout using the included modular building pieces and decorate the scene with thematic props. everything is textured using PBR textures and is in great quality.
The incuded scene is a large two story office with lobby, large open space and smaller side offices.
also there`s a city mesh for the background.
