This Blueprint system allows easy creation of lasers and all sorts of energy rays with fully customizable behavior.

update v1.2 (feb 2019):
- fixed more bugs
- added special FX (sparks and burn marks - both using the RGB color of the rays). The sparks look and behave great (floor ricochet), while the burn mark decals will be improved in v1.3

- added "an option to alter ray width
- fixed an annoying visual artifact
