    This product contains an assortment of Unreal Engine assets which can be imported into a pre-existing project of your choice.

Whether you're working on a downtown of New York, or Tokyo or desigining your own high rise city, this blueprints library will make your life a lot easier. These blueprints are capable of resizing buildings from cute family size houses into skyscrapers size in a fraction of a second.

There is almost no limit on how big your buildings can grow!

The way this library works, because of instancing, the size of the building doesn't have any negative impact on the performance (the FPS).

The Resizer is flexible enough to make resizable buildings possible from all kinds of modular assets, both of your own creation and other packs you have purchased on the Unreal Marketplace or downloaded through Quixel bridge app .

Technical Details

Features:

  •  The pack is made with great attention to performance and the ease of use and stability
  •  All bluperints are set up in a 'Object-Oriented' and 'non-destructive' way, that means you can still rename, reparent or move every BP without you worrying about breaking something
  • Buildings can appear in Reflection Captures. (their geometry must be "manuallyInstanced")
  • Building can be 'exported' back to the editor, this will spawn them as static meshes so you can custom edit every part of the building
  • Buildings can be exported as a Blueprint containing only HierachicalInstancedComponents Instances, without any custom code
  • Flexible randomizer architecture


Number of Blueprints:

- 16 fully resizable, ready to use Building templates BPs of which:

   - 6 are solid buildings

   - 6 are optimised buildings

   - 4 are facades (with windowshaders)

- 22 core blueprints:

   - 5 BP's let you make your own re-sizable buildings from scratch (vertically resizable, 2plane and fully resizable buildings, centered buildings and facades)

   - 1 BP that turns your static meshes into instanced geometry

   - 3 BP's that repeat the instanced geometry in 3 directions (on the Z,XZ,XYZ-axis)

   - 1 BP that allows for exporting buildings and repeaters back to editor for fine tuning

   - 6 types of randomizing components (of which 2 are abstract classes)

   - 6 aligning components (eg. skips adding geometry every second step on the X or Y-axis)
