Simple to use space skyboxes

Perfect to use for your space environments. Very easy to use: Drag and drop the Galaxy_Dome_BP into your scene and select a galaxy material instance. The material instance is created from the Galaxy_Master_M Material. The master lets you easily use different RGB channels and color overlays so you are able to dynamically configure the colors and intensity of your space skybox.

Technical Details

Features:

  •  9 DDS cubemaps (4096*2048*6)
  • Galaxy_Dome_BP (A blueprint wherein a perfect spherical UVed mesh with inversed normals whereon the skybox material is applied.
  •  Galaxy_Master_M (A master material that lets you easily use different RGB channels and color overlays so you are able to dynamically configure the colors and intensity of your space skybox.
  •  15 Predefined Material instances configured with several DDS cubemaps and configured color channels
  • An example map with a post process volume to keep the auto-exposure in check.

Initial Support like bug encounters and online documentations are available after verification[Please note that docs are an optional courtesy and web-based]. Easiest way is to access is Discord, but ofcourse also possible via mail.

The discord is a meeting place with forums setup per asset where other game developers with the same asset can discuss the use and also help each-other out including me (Eric) the developer.
