A controllable sea monster character that is procedurally animated, has a pulsating ability and a fully customizable body.

The following aspects of the sea monster are configurable:

(everything is, but you won’t even need to edit the blueprints for these)


General:

  • The size of the sea monster .
  • The length of the sea monster.
  • The meshes of the body segments.
  • The meshes of the extra body parts (fins, tail).
  • The speed of the sea monster.
  • The width of the sea monster along its full size.


Wave settings (swaying animation):

  • The geometry of the wave.
  • The width of the wave.
  • The length of the wave.
  • The distance between the body segments of the sea monster.
  • How much the body segments are affected by the swaying depending on their

position along the sea monster's length.

Technical Details

This asset uses the NiagaraFluids plugin for the niagara effect.

Make sure to enable it in your project before migrating the monster.

Migrate the asset by migrating the BP_SeaMonster actor into the content folder of any other

project.
