2019 UPDATE : This is a very old asset ( 2014 ) . We feel that the quality of games development technology have improved significantly to warrant the devaluation of this asset hence we are dropping the price from 2019 onwards to be USD9.99 . Consider buying the much more robust system 'Procedural Building Lot'


Procedural Apartment System helps you to quickly build urban-styled levels. Apartments are generated in a random fashion for a variation. Everything from meshes, materials, windows, window interior are easily customizable. Additional samples on how to extend the system to include different type of building (with doors, with shops, different shapes).


The system strives to provide you with maximum customization options.

Technical Details

Mesh Generation Feature
- Automatic/Manual Generated windows and Air-Cond(AC) Unit based on adjustable parameters.
- Array function to add custom meshes / materials / AC Unit / Roofs to be randomized.
- Instanced windows (per building) for maintaining good performance.
- 3D Widget Arrays allows you to manually drag an entire row/column of windows.
- Automatically detects obstructed façade (i.e in between buildings) and prevents windows from generating on the entire facade
- Automatically detects obstructed windows (If trims/objects are manually placed) and prevents it from being generated.

Material Feature
- Smart Material System UV Adjustment (pan & scale) and Auto UV Adjustment to scaled building.
- Building Shader has world-aligned mask to interpolate between clean/dirty texture-sets. (2 Buildings of the same texture set will not look the same.)
- Window Shader system provides per-instance random interior. An example texture sheet is given.
