Objects Spawner is an asset to facilitate the distribution of items around the scene, saving time and improving the random appearance of the distribution, if this is the case.


You can set all characteristics of spawn:

  • Object Type: Instanced Mesh, Static Mesh, Blueprint or Particle System
  • Collision Channel
  • Ignore Actors
  • Ignore Actor Class
  • Shape of spawn
  • Area of Spawn
  • Density

Technical Details

The asset includes:

  • Blueprints to spawn an arrow and spear, customized in class defaults (Percentage of spawn one or another, percentage of spawn fire in arrow).
  • Two blueprints with light material: A random light material to customize as you want and a Firefly BP as a child of the first, to show what you are able to do with that.
  • Blueprints of exclusion area to spawn: Sphere Exclusion, Box Exclusion, Capsule Exclusion and Master Exclusion.
  • Blueprint Master Spawn Objects + childs already customized (Shields, Swords, Axes, FireArrow, Arrow or Spear, Spike, Firefly, Colored Sphere).

Important/Additional Notes:

ATTENTION! Spawn Object assets are not heavy, but if you don’t follow the recommendations below it can become.

  • Customize your static mesh with the master spawner and after transform it into a new static mesh.
  • If you intend to use a blueprint on spawner, pay attention to your actor construction script, because it could make the algorithm cost exponential because every time you run the master spawn it will run your blueprint construction script spawn for each one that is spawned.
