We have updated our Night City Creator asset pack. The lightning is improved in the main scene, as well as all the materials. A few new materials are added.
Over 160 game-ready models! 1.6GB download! All models have up to 4 LOD stages. All materials have following maps: color, normal and metallic with roughness in alpha channel.
The complete scene shown in the video and images is included in this asset pack and it can be used as a starting point in your games or 3D projects.
The buildings are modular and you can design yours with 25 constructive building parts like floor blocks, building sides, building tops and building bases. There are 15 background room boxes with texture on it to imitate deep rooms behind facades.
Place building bases, add as many floors as you like, behind the floors just place the provided room boxes and use the side walls to make the building sides. You can replace shop background images with your own. In folder "TexturesToReplaceWithYourOwn" we placed them, just export them and replace with your own shops and rooms images!
The rest of the models are props to decorate your city scenes. Models included are: balconies, stairs, advertising panels, 28 neon signs, 40 street props, 4 sky scrapers and others (see images from the overview scene).

Note: Images for the background rooms are taken from free images sources (www.unsplash.com). Some textures used for materials are taken from free PBR sources (www.ambientcg.com)

Instructions: There are 25 modular building parts like floors, building sides, building tops and building base so you can construct your own buildings.
In Level "HowToBuild" we broke houses into small pieces so you can see how to construct buildings. All buildings are made on same principles:
1. Add house base or shop base,
2. behind place shop box with your own shop image
3. add floor
4. add floor room mesh with your own image
5. add floor side on building sides.
6. add as many floors as you like
7. add building top
8. optionally you can add columns on building edges like decoration
We provided 3 texture files for rooms with 24 materials in total. Just replace images with your own image of rooms in 3 files: T_wwindows1, 2 and 3. There is also texture for Shops backgrounds. 8 materials are premade and you just need to replace image shops in file T_ShopBG. This way you will have 24 different rooms and 8 shops to make a lot of variations for your buildings. Also please, replace room images attached to windows for house5: T_h5Windows_Bck1 to T_h5Windows_Bck6. Just replace them with your own room images.
