This pack works well with the Damaged Concrete set
This decor set was built for a wide range of uses and game types. Each mesh has vert colors baked in to add even more variety with material instance settings.
The models are also built to accept any sort of tiling texture set that you'd like to use.
The materials are setup to use a color map, heightRoughAO map and a normal map. They also have many options for easy adjustments like edge wear, colors and more!

All models were built to fit the Unreal character with a consistent scale, though they can be enlarged or shrunk quite a bit without loss of quality. Their UV's are also built to a consistent texel density/scale. UV0 fits the same tiling texture sizes and UV1 is for lightmap bakes and specific texture maps. All models are snapped and aligned with the same world origin.

Collision: Yes, simple boxes, capsules or low vert convex shapes
Vertex Count: Average vert count is around 70k (lowest is 1k, highest is 250k)
LODs: None, using Nanite.
Number of Materials and Material Instances: 2 master materials, 2 demo masters and 14 instances
Number of Textures: 12, plus 5 misc simple placeholders
Texture Resolutions: 4096x4096 for most, the few miscellaneous textures are smaller
