Note: This pack does not come with pre-installed blueprints. If you wish to script/animate the doors and windows, blueprints need to be installed manually.
This is a high quality modular house pack with 20 fully furnished houses for Unreal engine and optimized for Lumen.
Everything is textured with CC0 (copyright free) textures and modeled by me.

All the screenshots are taken with realtime Lumen lighting
Every house and the complete asset pack is in the same level and on the same grid.
The file uses less than 8gb of ram and runs well.
Doors and windows have the origin on the hinges.
Selection of houses also available as separate projects:
Asset pack:
This house pack also has the complete modular asset pack included. This includes all constructive pieces like walls, floors, sloped roofs and doors.
All furniture used for these houses is also included in the asset pack.
Performance:
This project is made with high quality modular parts which results in high performance and low memory usage. Everything is instanced where possible.
The project as shown in the video and images uses less than 8GB of ram.
All interior lights are using material emission. This can be replaced with Unreals Light objects.
Fully modular and scene setup
The entire house and kitchen is created using a modular grid based system (it uses the default grid size of 10)
All the origins are placed in such a way that parts rotate and connect well. The overhang orgins might seem odd, but they are in line with the main roof pieces.
Doors and openable windows have their origins at their hinges.
The grid is 3.6x3.6x3 meters which works well with the default grid size of 10
LOD:
Every object has generated LOD’s within Unreal. Every asset has 6 levels of LOD
Collision:
Collision is generated in Unreal with the highest settings. Door openings in walls are also open for collision.
Lightmap UV
Most objects (exept trees and bushes) have a non-tilable UV map and are adjusted for the correct lightmap resolution.
Hierarchy:
Every object and dataset is correctly named and categorized (both in the outliner and in the folder structure).
Textures:
Everything is textured with CC0 (copyright free) textures.
