Horror Engine is a tool for designing horror games that was initially released in September 2018 and included in the Permanently Free Collection under the sponsorship of Unreal Engine in September 2019. It allows you to experience various mechanics included in the asset and explore the possibilities of game creation without requiring any coding knowledge.
