    This product contains a code plugin, complete with pre-built binaries and all its source code that integrates with Unreal Engine, which can be installed to an engine version of your choice then enabled on a per-project basis.

Access a native ftrack Studio panel within your Unreal Engine workspace for creative collaboration and asset tracking. Via this panel, your creative team can communicate on work, make sure they're working on the right assets at the right time, and keep projects flowing smoothly towards your project deadline.

Using the ftrack Studio plugin for Unreal Engine, artists and animators can import, version, and publish assets, view assigned tasks and check for updates, and leave notes or feedback on uploaded assets, all without leaving Unreal Engine. They'll know what they need to work on and what needs to happen to bring assets to a completed state. There's no confusion about what version of an asset requires work – it's all covered via the ftrack Studio database.

Producers, managers, and team leads can monitor and optimize all ongoing work on a production. Using ftrack Studio natively within Unreal Engine, producers can organize team workflow and set tasks, due dates, and priorities. Managers can also launch online reviews directly via Unreal Engine, where all team members can add notes, annotate, draw on media, or attach reference material. This feedback funnels back into ftrack Studio for a seamless feedback loop.

All of this combines to make for an efficient production process, one which includes all team members and provides clarity as to the next task and asset that need work without leaving Unreal Engine.

  • Inspect tasks and statuses of assets from ftrack asset management.
  • Manage asset version imported from ftrack asset management system from within the application.
