    This product contains an assortment of Unreal Engine assets which can be imported into a pre-existing project of your choice.


This pack contains 48 high-quality outdoor seating models that are optimized for usage in games but are also suitable for architectural visualization. You can customize them for your own style by choosing the textures, colors, and dirt levels for each part of the chairs.

Part of a larger furniture collection with the same art style and materials, which will be released in parts.

  • Adjust textures for each slot (16 texture variations, including metal, fabric, plastic, leather, and wood)

  • Adjust dirt (color, intensity, 3 texture variations: splash, dust, grunge) for each slot or uniform for the whole asset
  • Art direct and batch edit all assets by tweaking 1 material or make different looks with material instances
  • Choose from 32 premade material instances for different art styles (16 clean, 16 dirty) or make your own
  • 3 alternative master materials (clean, uniform dirt, slot-based dirt)

  • Low material drawcalls (all assets use the same master material)
  • Low material instruction counts (156 for clean, 177 for uniform dirt, 183 for slot-based dirt)
  • Low texture drawcalls (channel-packed MRO maps, grayscale base color sets, merged texture strips, AO baked to vertex map, merged channel-packed dirt texture strips, uniform texel density, no overlapping UVs)
