    This product contains an assortment of Unreal Engine assets which can be imported into a pre-existing project of your choice.

The example scene and 41 props are included in this asset pack.

The building has both exterior and interior. It has an entrance area and 3 floors. The first floor includes a reception and 2 big conference halls, the second floor includes rest areas and 2 big offices and the third floor includes rest areas only. All floors are connected with the main round stairs. The environment is made using a modular workflow so you can further design yours.

The pack includes 41 models in total, including constructive elements like stairs, wall blocks, floor blocks, glass blocks, columns, fences and furniture props like tables, chairs, sofas, plants, shelves, panels and others.

Note: Both Futura logo and all panels are design by us, they have original designs. You can create your logo and panels, by importing your textures.  Some textures are taken from free PBR sources (www.ambientcg.com).
