What is S3 With Blueprints Plugin?

1. developers can create a auto update system with this plugin. query for the last version and download it with S3 plugin in their game.

2. developers can upload .log files and .sav files. by uploading the .sav file, developers can create a cloud base save system. 

3. developers can upload players' avatar to S3 and use it with cognito.

4. download and upload will be multithreaded. it will automatically divide your file into many 5mb packages to upload / download with our transfer module in S3 plugin. it will hit theory speed of your network. it can download a 200mb file in a second.

5. you can encrypt your file on the client before you sent it to S3 by using S3Encryption.

6. it can be used to monitor the upload /download process with our transfer module.

for android: it supports from android-24. because unreal only allow us to use android-23. So, we remove "android" in uplugin file. please add "android" in platform white list when you use it for android.
