This is a bundle of props for the old cottage house, and any fantasy setting with Goblin and Fairies.

    This product contains a full Unreal Engine project folder, complete with Config files, Content files and .uproject file, which can be used as a template to create a new project.

This bundle provides you with 56 unique models, in it an animated goblin, animated fairy, blueprints and particles. Additionally you'll get posed static mesh fairies locked in a jar as blueprint with their own firefly particles. Everything you see on the images is included.
