I present to your attention this project. It conteins fully modular assets and Decals.
The project has fully controllable parameters in material instances. Decal Atlas conteins 16 decals: 4 - Dirt, 4 - Blood, 4 - Blood text, 1 - Craks, 1 - Potholes, and 2 - Corner Decals. The Furniture - 5 things in 1 texture there is on option with blood and without blood, also has custom blood in the material instance.
The materials for walls and floor are Vertex painting materials: You can use 5 texures and you have the opportunity to disable 1, 2 or 3 textures if you don't need them, this will make theese materials more optimized.
You can use this level in any commercial projects.

New textures: 512-4K: For the "Instruments", 10 meshes in 1 texture, 1 texture with blood and 1 texture without blood

Improved the Decal Material - Now, You can change the mask for decals and manage it without loading additional textures
