FPS Core helps you get building your game faster than ever. It's built in C++, but it's built for blueprints. Basically, everything you'll ever need is exposed to blueprints, so that you don't actually need to touch C++ to make the most of this plugin! If you do want to delve in to the C++ code, everything is fully commented and class overviews are provided in the documentation, taking you deeper into each class and providing you with all the knowledge you need to expand them into almost any genre.
