I am using this asset in my first Indie Game: Wildlife Rescue Simulator is up on Steam. Please add it to your Wishlist: https://store.steampowered.com/app/2797390

Geiger Counter Audio System symulates real Geiger counter mechanics.

It produce specific Geiger counter ticking sounds.

It measures distance to radioactive waste, rotation towards it and base on that it plays Geiger counter ticking sound with proper frequency and volume.

It reacts only to Radioactive Waste that are in the range but it works with several at a time.

System also checks if Radioactive Waste is occluded (if there is something between us and a waste) to affect Geiger Counter sound.

It also has metal needle sound that plays when radiation is off the chart. It symulates sound of needle hiting the ceiling.

It has public variables like: InnerDistance, OuterDistance, DirectionalSensitivity, OcclusionEffect, Volume, etc. You can use them to tweak the System.

There is Tutorial_BP in the asset that will show you step by step how everything works.
