VR Hands enables accurate hand tracking and customisation. Includes Physics items for finger object mapping.
Character Modules - VR Hands is part of a collection of packs from Blazar Games. These packs all contain useful features that can be used along or combined together - each pack is fully modular and fits each other seamlessly with no or very little code required to implement.
The VR Hands pack provides finger tracking support with VR motion controls along with Physics items, grab objects to see your fingers wrap around the object, toss the objects between players or juggle on your own, use the objects to apply damage when hitting other objects.
Each finger is handled individually allowing the developer to program in gestures easily or track each finger when the hardware (Such as the Knuckle controllers) are available. Currently they are mapped for the Oculus Rift Touch controllers but it is very easy to set up your own mappings - simply set the desired finger/s close value to 1.
This pack is fully multiplayer compatible.
