Epic Games Wins NCTA 21 Award for Most Innovative Large Company

CARY, N.C. – Epic Games is proud to announce it received the 2013 award for Most Innovative Large Company at last night’s NCTA 21 Awards held in Research Triangle Park. The event was attended by nearly 800 technology leaders from across the region, and Epic’s founder and CEO Tim Sweeney accepted the award on the company’s behalf.

“Since 1995, the NCTA 21 Awards have honored excellence and innovation throughout North Carolina, representing the best and brightest,” said Brooks Raiford, president and CEO of NCTA. “As a winner, Epic Games has distinguished itself as one of the state’s technology leaders and we are proud to recognize them as a winner of the Most Innovative Large Company.”
