This course covers strategies for non-technical animators and artists to achieve stylized renders with post-process Materials. Using physically based lights and Materials, artists will see how to change the look of their renders to achieve a cel animation style, painterly effects, high contrast lighting, and other non-photoreal looks. The course introduces the theory, methodology, and tools to begin experimenting with post process Materials in your own projects.
You will learn how to:
Identify the concepts and settings that control rendering in UE.
Implement a variety of different post-process materials styles for renders.
Determine how and when to use material effects and post-processing materials to achieve a stylized render.
