The latest events and highlights from the new Epic for Indies space
In case you missed it, we expanded the Epic Developer Community by launching Epic for Indies in October; a dedicated space for small teams to find one another, get the latest news, engage with industry partners, and discover learning resources.
Whether you’re building with Unreal Engine or another engine, everyone is welcome!
Epic Office Hours
This is where you can get face time with us directly. In these sessions, we'll have Epic staff from Unreal Engine, the Epic Games Store, Epic Online Services, and our other tools and services present to answer your questions. Meet us on the Epic for Indies Discord every Wednesday under the Epic Office Hours stage channel from 3 PM to 4 PM (ET).Inside Unreal Livestream
A weekly show where we learn, explore, and celebrate everything Unreal. Join us live to get insight on differing weekly topics and participate in a live Q&A—or watch the VoD available afterward. You can join the streams at both the Unreal Engine Twitch and Youtube channels every Thursday at 2 PM (ET).Pitch It!
In these sessions, we put together a small panel of folks to listen to your pitches, giving everyone a space to practice and get the jitters out—as well as receive some feedback on ways to tweak and improve how you present your game. We succeed when you succeed and a good pitch is the foundation of good marketing!Let's Plays
We'll group up and watch as a selection of folks play through portions of their game—whether it be completed or a demo—to have some fun and appreciate the hard work you've put into your project. There could be bits of feedback, but the main goal is just to spend some time with you, our community, and kick back!
