Real-Time Live!: West Hall B
One of the highlights of SIGGRAPH for the past several years has been Real-Time Live!, a showcase and competition for the best in cutting-edge interactive technology. This year, we’re entering Causing Chaos: Physics and Destruction in Unreal Engine, a sneak peek at our new high-performance simulation system coming as an early access feature in UE 4.23. Chaos enables the creation of cinematic-quality visuals with massive levels of destruction in real time, and delivers unprecedented artist control.
We’re proud that two other entries—Quixel's Rebirth: Megascans Environment Breakdown and Real-Time, Single Camera, Digital Human Development from Digital Domain—also rely on Unreal Engine. Check out the full program content on the SIGGRAPH web site.
The event kicks off at 6 PM on Tuesday, July 30.
