Open the Epic Games launcher

Install and launch Twinmotion

Once the launcher is opened, log in or create an Epic Games account to access Twinmotion. Once logged in, navigate to the Twinmotion tab and click the Install button to download the most recent version.

Planning to import projects from CAD or BIM software? Explore our compatibility plugins, designed for one-click sync with files from Archicad, Revit, Rhino, RIKCAD, and SketchUp Pro (one-click sync is built in to BricsCAD and Vectorworks—no plugin required), and entire scene export from a number of other packages.

Twinmotion is currently available for Windows 7, 8, or 10 (64 bit), and macOS 10.14.6 or later.

Twinmotion features direct one-click synchronization with Archicad, BricsCAD, Revit, SketchUp Pro, Rhino (including Grasshopper), RIKCAD, and Vectorworks, and the ability to import entire scenes from 3ds Max, Form-Z, Navisworks, and SolidWorks in uDatasmith format. In addition, you can export your Twinmotion projects to Unreal Engine. You can download the relevant plugins from the Twinmotion plugins page (support for BricsCAD and Vectorworks is built into the source apps).

You can also bring in data from virtually all 3D content creation programs, with support for importing FBX, SKP, C4D, OBJ, 3DS, DAE, DXF, EV, LW, LWB, LWM, LWO, LWS, LXP, PLY, STL, WRL, WRL97, VRML, and X file formats.
No, you don’t need to have Unreal Engine to use Twinmotion.
