At Unreal Fest last year, we were fortunate to host some truly inspirational speakers from across the Epic Games community. Preparations are now underway for Unreal Fest 2023—and if you have amazing stories and experiences to share, regardless of what tools you use, we want to hear from you.
Taking place in New Orleans from October 3 to 5, 2023, this year’s event is shaping up to be our biggest and most exciting yet. We’re looking for speakers to present sessions that deliver real-world actionable guidance and insights into any topic that helps developers and creators make their workflows more efficient or their projects more compelling and memorable.
This is an unmissable opportunity to share your expertise with the community, and have a lot of fun while you’re at it. What’s more, all speakers will receive a free pass to the event, as well as free accommodation.
We’re particularly interested in sessions that cover:
  • Compelling projects created in Unreal Engine or other Epic tools
  • Inspirational and thought-provoking content 
  • Case studies that demonstrate the ROI benefits of using real-time technology
  • Imaginative uses of Unreal Engine, real-time workflows, MetaHuman, UEFN, and/or Fortnite Creative
  • Projects that use multiple tools within the Epic ecosystem 
  • Projects that span multiple industries
Check out our Call for Proposals Guide for more information on what’s required to submit a proposal, and to find answers to some questions you may have.  We’ll be accepting submissions until June 9, 2023. We look forward to seeing you at Unreal Fest 2023!
