In order to upskill our artists as quickly as possible, the team went on a short training course at Epic's HQ. Being offsite allowed a strict focus of time and attention, away from busy studio demands. The training was expertly delivered, allowing the artist to very quickly learn the new tools and workflows. With the aim of moving our studio's animation workflows into real time, we found the course is an absolutely invaluable stepping-stone to achieving this.
