Blueprints
Generic Shooter Sample Project by Gamemakin LLC
Here's one of our community's most highly-anticipated content releases! The Generic Shooter Sample Project is a 100% Blueprint project that's the quickest and easiest way to rapidly put together and iterate on a multiplayer first or third person shooter game. It's all in Blueprints, has first person and third person camera views, has full support for multiplayer, includes deathmatch and team deathmatch game modes, has ingame-chat, scoreboards and a kill feed, basic starter weapons for pistol, rifle, grenade launcher, and rocket launchers, and a great deal more than that. Check out the feature list, and watch live development of this project on Twitch!
Procedural Trash by Ammobox Studios
This is a clever use of Blueprints! This is a semi-automated physics-based system for sprinkling trash into your game in a realistic way. This uses UE4's Simulate capability and Physics to allow realtime placement. Any staticmesh can be used as long as it has collision, so the possibilities are vast! Placed trash can then be baked into InstancedMesh with much lower performance costs, and both dynamic and static lighting are supported. This is cool, and the product description made me laugh as well. Check out the video!
Clones Generator by Juan Manuel Hoyos
This is a rapid way to quickly create copies of a specific object, adjusting them with a variety of different parameters to make it fully customizable or semi-procedural. With this, you have total control over the rotation and scale, materials, displacements, progressive displacements, copies on each axis, and much more. Check out the video!
B.E.D.S. Blueprint: Easy Dialogue System by Jarlan Perez
Here's a Blueprint-based dialog system that's easy to use, complete with an Excel template file for easy editing and import to the engine. This features an NPC Dialogue Actor, a Skeletal or Static Mesh Select slot, an Anim Blueprint slot, Character audio, Event Firing, Character image, Bounding box, and much more. Check out the video to see how easy it is!

Procedural Material Pack by Orihaus
