November 19, 2024
Call for Proposals for Unreal Fest Orlando 2025 is now open! If you’re interested in presenting a session at the event, apply today.

Taking place June 2–5 in Orlando, Florida, next year’s flagship Unreal Fest is set to be the biggest yet, with the State of Unreal coming to the show for the first time ever.

We’re expecting thousands of devs and creators to attend, so it’s a great opportunity for speakers with something to shout about to reach an engaged audience. The deadline for speaker submissions is Friday, January 3, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.

Read on to find out more.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for sessions that will leave attendees inspired and enlightened.

Unreal Fest is all about coming together to share knowledge, discover opportunities, and celebrate community success. Perhaps you want to showcase a particularly compelling project created in Unreal Engine or other Epic tools. Or maybe you have technical insights, workflows, or tips and tricks to share that might benefit the community.

If it’s innovative, imaginative, or illuminating, we’re interested!
Check out our Call for Proposals Guide for more information on what types of proposals will catch our attention. You’ll also find all the details on how we evaluate proposals, speaker and presentation requirements, and more.

Speakers will receive a complimentary Unreal Fest Orlando pass that gets you access to the expo hall, talks, networking opportunities, and the Unreal Fest Party. You’ll also get a free hotel stay for the duration of the event.

Additionally, we record and post Unreal Fest sessions on our social media channels after the event. This can exponentially extend the reach of your session outside of Unreal Fest, giving your presentation global visibility.

The State of Unreal comes to Unreal Fest

Unreal Fest has grown to the point where it’s now the biggest gathering of our amazing partners, developers, and creators on the calendar.

That’s why next year, for the first time, we’re bringing the State of Unreal keynote to Unreal Fest Orlando after hosting it at the Game Developers Conference (GDC) for years. We hope you can join us in person or tune in live on June 3 to get the latest news on Unreal Engine, Unreal Editor for Fortnite, and the Epic ecosystem.

We’re still planning to be in San Francisco to meet with all the amazing developers and creators at GDC in March 2025. We’ll share more about our GDC plans as the show approaches.

Unreal Fest sponsorship opportunities

We’re opening up exclusive sponsorship opportunities for our worldwide Unreal Fest shows, and we’d love to hear from you if you’re interested.

This is a great chance to showcase your brand and connect with a wide range of leading Unreal Engine partners, developers, creators, and customers. If you’re interested in sponsoring with us, please fill out this survey to kick off the conversation.

See you in Orlando

That’s all for now! We can’t wait to see your session proposals come in.

Remember to submit them by Friday, January 3, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST—and we hope to see you in Orlando.
