CARY, N.C. and SALT LAKE CITY (April 12, 2012) – Epic Games, Inc. and its award winning Salt Lake City-based development studio, ChAIR Entertainment, today released “Infinity Blade II: ClashMob,” a free content update for its Game of the Year Award-winning iOS blockbuster, “Infinity Blade II.” In support of the update, gamers can purchase the full version of “Infinity Blade II” for a limited-time promotional price of $4.99 via the App Store.
Powered by Unreal Engine 3, “Infinity Blade II: ClashMob” pushes touchscreen gaming even further with the introduction of an innovative new feature allowing gamers to earn rewards by participating in massively social global challenges. Players can post their progress to Facebook and Twitter feeds as they recruit friends to their own “Mob” for special perks, new achievements, and special rewards. The update also introduces new characters and in-game items, and the new Gem Forge feature that allows custom gem crafting.
In addition to the new game play features, “Infinity Blade II: ClashMob” also leverages the power of the new iPad to further enhance the game’s award-winning visuals.
